In his congratulatory letter, Felipe VI of Spain expressing his warmest regards to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev confirmed that Spain focuses on strengthening the full cooperation established with Kazakhstan and enhancing the bilateral relations.
Salman of Saudi Arabia congratulated Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the assumption of the duties and wished the prosperity and wellbeing to the friendly people of Kazakhstan.
President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan personally and on behalf of the entire people of Turkey congratulated President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
“I am convinced that the productive relations between the two friendly and brotherly nations will be sustained and will only strengthen during your presidential mandate,” the Turkish President noted.
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo noted that Kazakhstan once again demonstrated its firm commitment to the constitutional principles of development during such a historic moment in his congratulatory letter.
“The United States firmly considers the enhancement of the partnership with Kazakhstan and will always support its sovereignty, independence and integrity of its borders. We are eagerly awaiting active cooperation with you in the name of security and prosperity of Kazakhstan,” says the letter.
Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko reaffirmed that the productive all-round cooperation between Kazakhstan and Belarus will further strengthen in the spirit of strategic partnership and trust.
“In Belarus, you are known as a wise public figure who earned the respect of the Kazakh people long ago,” Alexander Lukashenko sent.
Speaking on behalf of the Government and the people of Japan, Prime Minister Shinzō Abe also sent a congratulatory letter, pointing to the significance of the Kazakhstan-Japan interaction and underlined Kazakhstan’s strategic role in regional and international issues.
“The joint work with Kazakhstan to develop regional cooperation as part of the “Central Asia + Japan” dialogue initiated by you back in 2004 is planned to be continued,” reads the letter.
President of South Korea Moon Jae-in outlined that Kazakhstan is the largest trade and investment partner of Korea in Central Asia, and the all-round cooperation with Kazakhstan will be the basis for sustainable development in the entire area of Eurasia.
President of Finland Sauli Niinistö also sent a congratulatory letter to the Kazakh President.
“Finland and Kazakhstan are connected by the productive relations with the active partnership in the trade and economic area playing a key role. We are willing to further our cooperation on a wider range of bilateral matters and international agenda,” reads the letter.
In his letter, Mongolian President Khaltmaagiin Battulga underlined the high-level interaction between Kazakhstan and Mongolia, expressing interest in further enhancing and developing the friendly relations between the two nations.
President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani noted in his congratulatory letter the significance of the noble mission entrusted to the President of Kazakhstan, and the huge potential to strengthen bilateral relations.
President of the United Arab Emirates Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Council of Ministers Mohammad bin Salman, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE's Armed Forces Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed the hope for further development of the bilateral relations by wishing Kassym-Jomart Tokayev success in his work, and prosperity and well-being to the Kazakh people
Having expressed his best regards, Chief Executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Abdullah Abdullah noted that the Afghan Government welcomes the mutual cooperation and seeks its strengthening in all the areas.
Speaker of the Upper House of the Afghan Parliament Fazel Hadi Muslimyaar in his congratulatory letter wished the Head of State success in the responsible post and expressed the confidence in further strengthening the relations between Kazakhstan and Afghanistan.
A congratulatory letter was also received from Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Tigran Sargsyan.
“Your high professionalism, great experience in the service of the State and people, authority on the international arena, trust of First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev will enable you to realize the further development and strengthening of Kazakhstan, its economy and statehood. I am sure your work in a highly responsible position will contribute to the comprehensive deepening of integration-related processes within the Eurasian Economic Union,” reads the letter.
In his congratulatory letter, OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría wished Kassym-Jomart Tokayev success in the post of President in the crucial period of development for Kazakhstan.
“In the past decade, your country reached the astonishing achievements in its development. I want to reassure you that the OECD will provide support to Kazakhstan in carrying out further economic reforms and achieving social progress,” Angel Gurría wrote.
