In January-November 2017 in West Kazakhstan region, 35,889.3 million tenge of investments were sent to housing construction or 176.8% against the level of January-November 2016, the regional statistics department reported.
The volume of completed construction works in January-November 2017 amounted to 95,373.6 million dollars. The index of physical volume to the level of January-November 2016 was 103.3%.
Thus, in January-November 2017, 2,096 new buildings were commissioned, of which 1959 are residential and 137 are non-residential. In January-November 2017, 35,889.3 million tenge was invested in housing construction or 176.8% against the level of January-November 2016.
The total area of commissioned residential buildings was 346.5 thousand square meters, the index of physical volume of housing commissioned against the level of January-November 2016 amounted to 147.9%.
"In January-November 2017, 35 thousand square meters at the expense of budgetary funds, 216 thousand square meters of individual housing at the expense of the population, 95.5 thousand square meters at the expense of own and borrowed funds of enterprises were built", the department informed.
The increase in housing construction is observed in Uralsk and in all districts, except for Bokey Orda, Karatobe and Shyngyrlau.
