Governor of E.Kazakhstan instructed to withdraw unused lands into state property

As reported in the Governor’s Office of the region, more than 30 land areas were brought to the engineering infrastructure in the micro-district, for this 40 billion tenge was spent from the state budget. After that, the land was acquired in private ownership and only a small part, and this is 5 entrepreneurs, started construction. Three land areas have already been withdrawn to state ownership.

According to the Governor of the region, the owners of the land areas, which still express a desire to start construction, must submit the necessary documents specifying the terms of construction, the availability of design estimates and confirmation of financial possibilities. Otherwise, the land will be seized in court.
