Kazakh deputies met with Russian delegation in Parliament

In the Parliament a group of the deputies of the Majilis headed by Secretary of the House Committee on Legislation and Judicial-Legal Reform Svetlana Bychkova has met with a delegation of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" headed by Presidential Aide Veniamin Yakovlev.

The main topic of the conversation was the subjects of the legislative initiative, the development, discussion and adoption of laws relating to the judicial system, personnel policy and the appointment of judges, strengthening the independence of the courts, the press service of the Majilis informs.

The interlocutors touched upon such topics as the enforcement of judgments, the institute of public and private bailiffs, arbitration courts.

Along with the other issues the special place in the conversation was the questions about anti-corruption legislation and therefore of personnel policy, civil service, public opinion and control.

In conclusion, the parties agreed that in the study of law and addressing such pressing issues they need further exchange of experience and such a meeting, as it has been today in the Parliament.
