"In January-April 2017, a volume of investments aimed at housing construction amounted to 36,525.7 million tenge, which is 88.1% compared to January-April 2016. In the total volume of investments in fixed assets, the share of disbursed funds in housing construction amounted to 18.7%," the message reads.

Due to all sources of financing, residential buildings for 11 585 apartments were put into operation, the total area of ​​the introduced housing was 1 million 155 thousand 966 square meters, which is 48.1% higher than in January-April 2016. Individual builders constructed houses with the total area of ​​74,252 square meters, by January-April 2016 - 124.1%. The share of individual housing construction in the total volume of housing construction amounted to 6.4% against 7.7% in January-April 2016.

At the same time, the average actual construction costs of 1 square meter of the total area of ​​housing in January-April 2017 in the capital was 149.7 thousand, including constructed by individual developers - 78.8 thousand tenge.
